1、修改默认值，oracle 下默认不启用 maxPoolPreparedStatementPerConnectionSize 可根据需要开启；2、将 com.oracle.ojdbc 驱动替换为 com.oracle.database.jdbc 驱动；3、默认将 jtds 驱动替换为 sqlserver 驱动；
